Dr. Kate Rodan & Dr. Kathy Fields

You know we all have a goal or more than one goals for a short term and long term.  Never in my wildest dream I would land into a multi-level marketing in direct sales. I am not a sales person or have any interest to do any parties or inventories.  To be honest, I am finding myself loving this type of ground floor opportunity. Now, my desire is to turn Rodan+Fields Dermatologists into a full-time job so I can leave my current employer of 15 years.  April is my 10th month into this business and I’m stuck at Level II out of Level V since August.  I prayed for a quite some time to find out what I need to do, did self evaluation and how to improve.  So, here is what I came up with: self-reward.

When I was doing the business in Deaf Weather for 3 years which ended in June 2010 due to economy downsizing, I was really motivated and dedicated to get the job done around the clock. I got up at 3AM doing the weather reports and had the video out on the website by 7AM just in time for me to head over to my full-time job then repeated again at 5PM until 9PM. That’s how dedicated I was, but now, I can’t find that same motivation with this Rodan+Fields Dermatologists business. My upline is going to kill me for saying that.

When I came home from work to let my dog out, Rodan+Fields IS absent from my thoughts.  I guess it has something to do with my psychological effect that home is where I should be resting from the day’s work.  I am a single guy. I have no friends that would check on me daily to provide moral support with R+F business.  I couldn’t seem to get going or leave the house again (except the presentation events). I do really well coaching others but couldn’t coach myself. Ha!  Most of my work in R+F were done by communication via texts, emails and some phone calls during the break time at work.  That’s where the peak of the activities in the business is.

So, now here’s the new plan.  The only way I can push myself a little harder is to set my goal to reach level 5 by May 31st and reward myself with The New iPad.  I want an iPad SO bad. It drives me nuts when I see anyone using them.  To achieve this goal, I only need four more consultants to join on my team. Only FOUR MORE. The New iPad will help my business because I will have a way to demonstrate the before & after photos, online catalog, the mentor magazine, the back office and many more.  Just the less things to carry around and make life simpler.

Why is it so important to reach level 5 you might say. Level 5 is a gateway to your Time Freedom and Financial Freedom. I hear you laughing but you’re not seeing the picture of what the doctors that created ProActiv Solutions are trying to accomplish.  Also, a chance to run for a free Lexus of my choice paid by the two doctors, Dr. Kate Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields. I kid you not.  This is a real deal as it gets.  It will not be the end of the goal once I achieved it, but a new goal will be set out to run toward RFx Circle. : )

We took photography pictures for granted just to remember them in such a clear picture. You may recall the smell, the textures of their hands, and the details of their voice and all the characteristic of them. I notice one thing, if you really pay attention, to recall them from your memory and try to see their faces. My point is that the memories of their faces have started to fade like the painting that got smeared. I got worried and thought to myself like I was talking to God, “Why are they smeared and faded?” God showed me a vision to help me understand.

Then God said, “What else can you remember of them?” Ahh, my light bulb came on.

Lent season has also reminded us that we were born from dust/ashes and to dust/ashes we shall return. Our body, a temporary home for our soul, only lasted for a generation – a one life cycle. The memories we cherished will not lasted a lifetime in our flesh we breathe. However, they are burned onto the soul’s memory that you can take with you on your departure to God. Earth memories only lasted a lifetime such as the leaves on the trees lasted a season. From the dust and ashes is the spirit that belongs to God while the rest belongs to Earth.

What I have discovered is the Spiritual aspects of the person. Remember how it felt when you spend quality times with the person you loved. Those feelings are the energies, which are part of the Spirit’s anatomy. Therefore, you will never forget how it made you feel when you were with them. You are also remembering their Spirit because they have shared it with you.

It brought me greater joy when I have never lost the feelings I had. Now that’s powerful!
